I had a very unique circumstance at this property and Angie Hudson was patient while I reconciled the issue after her initial visit to the property. Once we had access to property she was extremely helpful in quickly preparing the property for sale, much like an effective property manager. As an out of state investor this was a huge bonus. I definitely saw that she would be trustworthy; I wasted no time calling her and asking for assistance. We worked with Angie Hudson to purchase our first home and couldn't be happier. Unfortunately, we had to rent the property due to my work.
